I bough my computer online, I think you need to look some web sites in your country for buy your computer parts, I don't know if eBay have a version Filipino. In my country we don't have eBay but we have a partner of them, it is called local web site similar to eBay, but you have to be careful buying online you would lost your money because there is so much scam and some have a delay in the shipping, I am sure you will find a good prices online, I have found a lot of cheap parts, I think the better is that you look for a local online store similar to eBay.
