If this was at all possible I think I would change all the violence and disease in this world. Just think a world with no disease and war would be so peaceful. Personally if you where to take war and disease out of the equation then people would have more time to concentrate on other things like environmental problems and so. Also with war and all the funding for disease research think about there would probably be no deficit for any country making us all even . There are many things one can choose to do with the world but in my eyes I think if the 2 I mentioned where gone then life would be basically paradise or at least it would be for me.

Good topic! I think the one thing I would change is that I would have human beings have a tolerance for other peoples beliefs and lifestyles. They could keep their own religion, etc...but we'd be completely tolerant of each other. That way there would be no more wars, ethnic based hate or crimes against homosexuals. It may be a boring world, but think of what we could accomplish and the peace that would reign.

If ever get the opportunity then i would change the entire structure of the word into the structure that is prevailing in United States. I think that kind of structure is a very neat and a very healthy one from the human race to live peacefully and it is pretty much healthier also.

If I got this opportunity,I will pay great attention to environment. Look at these countries especially those developing countries,polluted air, dirty rivers.....subsquently causing cancers and other diseas. As we know,environment has great relationship with health,so,for ourselves,for our families and even for the offspring, I will try nmy best to change the environment.

if god gave me that chance well, let me think maybe. there will be 1 religion in the world.. everything will be equally divided there will be no rich and poor. all people will work.. children will study,, everyone will be given a house to live in. i dont know how it will happen.

If God will give me an opportunity that allow me to change this world,I will make people say one language,so that there are no language problem in this world.I don't need spend so much time in studying English.

Wow! I would just simply make the people be aware of their greatness. That it's not about becoming a success and working hard for it but also becoming one with the world that works with no one left out.
