Pasta might be healthier since it doesn't have all that cheese and bread. But it depends how you eat it. If you make the pasta with cheese and eat a lot of meat with it and then have some rolls, it might be about the same or worse! Lol. It also depends on the amount that you eat and how the pasta or pizza was made/cooked.
I prefer pasta though...hmm! I love the bowtie ones, very easy to pick up with my fork and it's not too messy like say, spaghetti or angel hair pastas. Good stuff, you made hungry now! Haha

Can't do it. Can't pick a favorite. This are my two favorite foods and it would be like picking a favorite child. LOL I only know, it would be a mean old world without Italian food.

My favorite is certainly PIZZA-- love it- but it's not healthy- not the way I have it- lots of meats- and cheese- YUM! you can make it healthy- but using low fat cheese and lots of veggies- but you can make pasta healthy by using wheat pasta and veggies too- skip the meat- I still prefer Pizza!

Oh those are both my favorites! It's so hard to choose. But I guess I would choose pasta. I like pasta cause you can add stuff to it, like sausage or chicken (can do that to pizza also I suppose). And I like that pasta comes in so many different shapes. It doesn't have to be straight spaghetti all the time.

You can make either healthy. I eat whole wheat pasta and low-fat sauce or veggies and a little olive oil, but I have seen some pizza places around me offer whole wheat pizza with healthier toppings. I have to say that I really love both so it would be hard for me to choose one over the other.

The big difference is the cheese.
Both have a carb, the noodles and the dough. You can have whole wheat or not to make it healthier or not.
Both have a sauce, if you use a red sauce on the pasta it is the same. A white pizza and pasta with butter or oil and herbs equal out.
You can have meat or veggies on or in either.
So it all depends on the cheese you use.
If you pile on lots of mozzerella you add fat to it.
If you go light with the mozzerella and go with parmesan or romano cheese then it's better.
Either way, pasta or pizza can be healthy or not.
