Interesting question!
I would start by not letting the Avon Lady in....since my wife is one, there would be a conflict of sorts. I would let either of the two in to see what's up with new doctrine or changes in understanding. My wife and I were very active in the Jehovah's Witnesses back some 25 years ago. Most of my family still is, but we're not, much to their disappointment. We had what I would call a "spiritual awakening" and after much study and prayer concluded the "Truth" they were teaching was not lining up with what was in the bible. I would still engage in open discussion with either one if they showed up to my door. Thanks again for the interesting question

Depends on my current situation in life and my level of faith in God. I know that the JWs are very persistent. I'd let them both in with a condition that I only had 30 minutes of time to spare and let them know that in advance and also let them know in advance that I wouldn't want ANY follow up visits unless I invited them. If they agree to these terms, I'd let them in or, just talk to them outside if appropriate. NO need to be rude. They just need to be considerate of people's time since everyone is busy.

Hmmmmm... the Jehovah Witness.... why? i think sometimes we need to listen to other people have more learn about the bible just to know whats the bible said yes im a christian but and sometimes i read a bible but i couldnt understand whats the bible says bcos some words there are deep meanings that i need to know, all person who have in diffrent religions are welcome in my home if they want to come in my home and to share their knowledge about the bible or about their religion i will listen to them but i dont want to debate about the religion cos for me its not good to debate about it much better to listen whats the other belief instead to debate.

Like another poster has said, I'd let the Morons and the JW's in to duke it out. It would make for a good laugh. The Avon lady can stick around too and listen to the debate.

Oh ditto - MSV beat me by a few minutes!
Yep, the Avon lady is the only one who might have something I want and even if she draws a blank it will be nice having a chat.
For the mormons and jw I just say that I support my local church (I'm on the rosta for cutting the churchyard) and they have nothing additional for me, thank you very much. Not rude but very short and to the point.

Wow...that's nice...for sure I will let the two religious people and not the Avon lady with the right explanation of course...
Maybe I should tell them both that it might be a good Bible sharing and not to make some debate about religion...I will listen to their views too and tell them thank you for the visit...
