E-mails,chatting(orkut rocks...),cell phone and face to face talking.I never write letters.Who will go behind the old slower methods of communication in a world which has developed so far in tele communication??

It depends on what type of friends they are. For close friends who are living near I usually keep contact with them with cell phone or face to face talking. For those who are living far away I chose E-mail. For net-pals of course I keep in touch with them via email or msn.

I have one friend that I talk to almost every night on the phone. She has been my friend about 40 years. My other friends I usually keep in touch with by email. Everyone has a busy life and this is the best way for us to communicate.

First one is cellphone (or landline phone) than second is E-Mail. Now a days it has become to send a letters...because you need to write it ...put it in the envelope and then post it..so letters are not sent by me to friends. Another way of keeping in touch with friends is sending them some cute 'SMS,' through my mobile.

I much prefer face to face. It's great to talk to them face to face and see how they respond to us. However most of my friend live quite far from me, so I use cellphone to keep contact with them.

it would be the following order: 1. face to face 2. MSN 3. cellphone 4. e-mails 5. letters nothing can beat the face to face interaction, we can get into the feel of out thoughts so very well. i quite like chatting on internet also. previously i used to talk on phone a lot. but these days i am getting bored, rather my ears are straining. lol..

I love them all. With a cell phone, it is much more convenient to stay in touch with my friends and family anywhere and anytime. By email, I can just let my friends know things I need to tell them in detail. What is the most important is that it is fast and convenient especially to someone far away from me. As to letters, it is not so convenient and slow and less effective than the other communications. It is almost out-dated. But still it is used in some rural and backward areas where communications are underdeveloped. It is effective in these areas. Of course, face-to-face chat or talk is among the best for you can see each other and know the emotion and expression of the other party from not only the sight, but the voice as well. MSN is just like all the other chatting softwares with voice chatting, video chatting and word chatting. It is a good software. Therefore it is not easy to judge which is the best way for communications. It all depends on the situation and conditions that you have. I use them differently. Thanks to the advanced communication and Internet system, I am able to cnnnect with all of my friends in any of the possible ways.

I'm now in a college campus along with talking to my close friends face to face ,but sometimes cellphone is also available for me to talk with my friend. when all is said and done,it's a convenient way to communicate. That is not enough,I often talk freely with my old friend, old classmate on Tencent QQ!
