heres how you can help:
if you hae access to a windowsME or windows 98 operating system, go into "start" then "search" then "files or folders" and enter rundll32.exe , or just rundll32
it needs to be from one of these system, cause an higher or lower, and it wont read

I also had the same problem with my computer. What I did was, I just copied rundll32.exe from another pc and copied it to C:\WINDOWS\system32, after that the problem was fixed. I'm not sure if it works with winME or win98 though, because I use winXP on my PC.

If you have the installation CD for WinME or Win98, you can also get the file from there. Go check the Microsoft website on retrieving files directly from the installation CD. I have tried this before but that was a long time ago. Can't remember all the commands/methods.
