I'm not sure, but I've heard that if they are not at full boiled, they have less calories.

No, that must be in illusion. Spaghetti are starch equal to carbohydrates, and Milo has sugar, so it adds more carbos... and when they're mixed with just a little bit of fat, adios, figure. Maybe your friend eats nothing else, so the spaghetti calories will not suffice to exceed her needed amount, then she may lose weight. But experience shows the contrary: one can eat a lot of spaghetti, and a small time afterward, you are hungry again!
Tray something with less carbos, I'd say.

I think spaghetti is another thing that it probably depends on how it is cooked and what it is cooked with, I somehow think it would be better to eat noodles, I look at Asian people who eat a lot of noodles and they seem to stay nice and slim where the Europeans eat a lot of spaghetti and they tend to put on weight more but I don't think it is the spaghetti itself but what you put with it.
