Crying every day?

For the last 3 weeks, I have cried over something or other. I am a full time student, and it's hard. When you add that to your marriage, and kids, well... To say the truth, before this I have not cried for 5 years or so. Is something wrong with me? Should I see a doctor?

There's nothing really workng with you, maybe you're just too emotional, or maybe you need somebody to talk to so that you can pour out your pain and worries.
It will help you and will relieve the feelings inside.

Yes, I have been talking to my sister, and that makes me feel better. But it doesn't make all the stress and problems go away...

Nothing is wrong with you! You are just a little stressed. Everyone deserves a good cry sometimes. No reason to feel like there is something wrong with you. When you cry, it sometimes makes you feel a lot better. So just let it out when you feel like you have to and know that you don't always have to take on everything by yourself.

You must be under a lot of stress. I remember when I went back to school, was a full-time single parent, it was very hard. I spent long hours doing homework, sometimes until the wee hours of the morning. Getting up early to get the kids ready for school and then off I would go. I was so stressed out that many times I would sit in front of my homework and cry. That feeling of being overwhelmed can be overpowering. Talk to your doctor and see what they say. In the meantime, breathe. Take time for yourself. Huggers to you.

Thank you, elusivebutterfly. Yesterday I took the whole day off, away from home and family-just ME. I wasted the whole day, lying in the sun, doing NOTHING. I feel much more refreshed!

in sudden changes of life situation we tend to be harrased and if we felt frustrated trying to do a lot of things at the same time and felt frustrated and tired we will really break down to tears. cry it out girl.... it will make you feel better. it is not easy to be a student who has kids. but try to do something also to make the burden or the schedule light. crying and crying will not help much it only helps us to feel good after crying but it doesnt help solve anything. theres nothing wrong with you... i know the feeling. i have 4 kids and when we left their dad i need to be a mom and a dad at the same time. i felt really lost, frustrated and mentally and pyhsically harrased. i cried a lot too, but at the same time plan on things on how to make it wrok out. you can do that girl. wink wink

Stress make you act like that sometimes and it is normal but if you are feeling way more than just sadness or just constantly depressed, constant crying, you just feel that your moods are different then you might want to consider seeing a doctor. If it's possible try to give yourself some 'me' time. At least that will help you unwind at least for a little bit. Follow your instincts. You know yourself more than anyone else.

I think nothing wrong with you, even if you cry everyday without any big troubles happened on you.
do you ever heard a story :
a woman fall in big troubles, and she have to make big money for her mother's ill, and she have to pay many bills in a short time, her boyfriend leave her at that time, and she lose her job then , ...............there are so many big troubles happened on her at the same time, but she didn't cry.
she try her best to finish all the job, find a new job, work hard and make big money for her mother's ill, and then she find a new good boyfriend.
and all is ok for her, but when she break up her milk one day, she crying always, and could not stop.
if a person have a lot of pression, he might not cry, but after he release the pression, he might cry.
and crying is good for your healthy.
