I want To Create my own website offering web hosting, how shall i create it????

I want to create a web hosting service site what should i create it with??? should i create it with an web portal system?? and how do other hosts create there site?? please tell me how to create a professional web hosting site?? thanks!

One way you can offer web hosting service through buying your own server but it is very costly. another method is that you can buy a reseller account in other web hosting company. So you can create web hosting site. i know one site hostigation .com
