Police reports show no motive to explain why Chris Benoit strangled his wife and suffocated his son and then hanged himself at their home. But as fans of the WWE and as curiosity arises, i am thinking of what would be his motives in doing the crime? Im speculating, that maybe long before there have been problems in their household. I found an article saying that: The couple whose romance started in the 1990s had been in rocky times. They married in 2000 just after their son was born. In May 2003, her wife filed a divorce alleging "cruel treatment". She petitioned for protection, alleging that Benoit had threathened her and destroyed furniture in their home. Three months later, she asked for the divorce and proctetion petitions to be dismissed. Does Chris Benoit had the tendency to express rage in their home like what he is doing while his in the ring? I thought his a family man. but it does seems so now. And then his taking of Steroids, which is used by athletes to enhance performance, has been linked to suicide, aggression and violent behavior refferred to as "roid rage". Does it also mean that taking of steroids by athletes specially wrestlers should be minimized too? hats your view?
