do you like reading when you are in toilet?

I used to but I'm trying to kick the habit. Reading inside the bathroom will cause you to stay there longer in that position, therefore causing you to have hemmorhoids... That's what my mom's friend (a doctor) said..

Reading in the toilet is the best place ever:) No one to bother you there. I have the same habit and I really enjoy reading in the toilet.

same here angela, everytime I go to the toilet I bring a reading material with me and it makes me feel good that while sitting I am reading and its very ineteristing. And one good thing about it after you po... you cannot smell a bad odor because your concentration is on the article you are reading...

No, I don't read anything when I am in the washroom. But I would think about things when I am in the washroom. Believe it or not, usually I come up with good ideas or more ideas when I am in the washroom. I don't know why but it has always been like that. I guess because it's the most relaxing place in the house somehow and my brain would relax when I am in the washroom, so I would come up with better ideas on doing my stuff. My friends start to make fun on me on that too!

Nope..I don't read anything or do anything when I'm in the toilet. I just do what I'm suppose to do..LOL..I don't usually stay there for a long time...in minutes I'm done so I have no time doing some stufs there. :)

hehe that's a funny habit you have =) i don't read whenever im in the toilet but i tend to sleep lolz! When i wake up every morning and take a pee i tend to sleep sitting on the toilet bowl hehehe or sometimes whenever i take a bath.

HI there.. I have picked up this habit only recently.. Since I started working, I cud find little time to read the newspaper, so I decided why not read while I am down pooping inside the toilet... And now, everyday, I take the newspaper inside the toilet, and have a look at all the major headlines...

frankly, i do not like reading in toilets. But i have to do it because of the time constraints. I read the morning newspaper in the toilet so that i could save on some time.

Lol I have to say I do the same thing. Mostly books, but then of course you don't get much read. I can't read a magazine on the toilet though...it's too big lol.

Hmmm. A lot of people I know do that, too. I don't do it. I think I wouldn't be able to concentrate on what I should be doing and then will just make it more longer to stay there. I like to do my business in washroom as fast as I could, when I'm done, I'll leave and do other business like reading in another room where I can sit down and be comfortable.

no i don't have this habit.I actually remain in toilet for very less time as i don't like reading or doing anything there other than of course what you do.

Oh No, I really dont like to read anything, infact take anything inside the toilet to pass the time. But ya My hubby has this habit he use to take newspaper or some magazine, even sometimes when he doesnt have all this to take, he use to take his mobile inside and loves messaging to the old friends.....LOL. I am really surprised with his this kinda habit!!!!!

Yes I love reading different types of magazines while inside the comfort room and I agree that you won't notice the time when you do read inside the comfort room. The bad thing about this is when you have work on that day and you don't notice the time then you will be late at work lol. ^___^ But I enjoy reading so I do it wherever I am.

Oh. This is such an embarrassing question. But yes, I do read in the toilet. That's one of the best locations for avid readers. Don't tell anyone I said this though. I hope no one reads this response.:P *fingers crossed*

At my house, its called the reading room :-) So yes, I read while on the toilet (and besides, its the only time I get by myself behind a locked door LOL)

I had this habit when I was a child. Now I don't do it any more. As I finish it fast and I won't have to stay in the toilet for a long time:)
