After having a mini stroke due to high blood It has became a major concern to me.It took the er 4hrs and 5 blood pressure pills to lower my blood pressure which had gone up due to stress.This leading to a mini stroke which was very scary.
I am sorry this happened my father has high blood pressure. I keep a check on mine a lot so far it is normal.It's still scary to have to worry about though.
