Are you the innovator in your family?

Are you always the first to try out new technology? Certainly I wouldn't be that person. It took me ten years to buy a dvd player after they came out on the market. And, just this week, we finally upgraded to broadband, and it's been around for years! I'm definitely not up on the times. What about you?

I think that my Husband and I share this equally. LOL. We are both into new technology and like the new things that some out. With exception that Im more into the "HAVE TO HAVE IT" mode...he knows more about hooking it all up and running it.

Oh, me, by a long shot. My husband is a bit of a technophobe, and my oldest daughter could care less, as long as she has the latest cell phone. My 15 year old and I are the ones who tinker with the computer, set the Tivo, burn DVD's, etc.

I am the innovator of my family. Unfortuanatly, being the innovator, everyone else in my family laughs at my ideas. It can get very annoying, but you should just ignore it and keep inventing!
