No hot water again!!!

has this ever happened to you? i live in apartment building with 10 apartments and 4 of them are empty we have told the land lady twice bout this problem and were told there were some crack in the heater but they have not fixed so tonight i was taking a shower and had hot water for couple of seconds. hate when that happens

I know that felling all to well. When I was 16, I moved in with my boyfriend. (he was 21) He had 4 other guys that also lived there & 1 other girl. We was always runnin out of hot water. I use to get so mad when I went to shower but there was no hot water. Sounds like your land lord needs to get on the ball & get it fixed up for you.
