wheather i should quit

i am very confused now,i don't know wheather i should quit and start a new life.I am not happy to work here.And I always feel i am very tired.But I don't know wheather i should quit it now ,because i am afraid the outside work and it's difficult to find a new job here.

What is your work anyway? Why do you seem to feel tired? If you are not happy in your job, then get out of it. You will only affect the company's growth if you just stay there for the sake of having a job. This does not also give you self fullfillment because you are not happy. It is hard to look for a job. You need to weigh things. Which is more important to you? Earning but not happy with the job that you have or having the job that you like but it may take you sometime to find? You do the thinking.
