To be a small fish in a big pond or a big fish in a small pond??

i am a new graduate.now there are 2jobs to choose.one is a small firm ,soft job but not well paid,and the place is only a short way from my house?the other is a large enterprise ,very hard work but well paid.they are both advantages and disadvantages.in the small firm i am exposed to various experiences and expected to do a great many things.in the large enterprise ,i derive a deep sense of satisfaction from being a member of a well-know organization.
i dont know how to choose .can u give me some advice??thank u

Hello! I think you should choose the large enterprise job because it has more chances of making your career bright although I guess till now you would have taken decision & started working as I noticed just now that you started this discussion 3 weeks back. Anyways, good luck for your new job!...vani^_^

really thanks ur advise.i thought a lot the other day and i decided to choose the small company .now i have worked there about 2weeks,not bad ,hehe ~good luck to me and u!!:D

thats really very difficult to choose...maybe what you do is compare and see the most advantage that can give u a good future and can make u successful...goodluck and hope u can choose the right thing for u
