I can type everything without looking at the keyboard. Been doing so for the last 12years or so. I guess the free-typing class in my high school years finally paid off.
It's funny how others type, they use 2 fingers or 1 finger each hand. The others use ever 3. But well, it doesn't matter how you type, as long as you can type. But I guess if you know and practice the basics of typing it would be a lot easier for your fingers and for your work.
And by the way, I typed all these without looking at my keyboard. *LOL*

I can write easily without looking at the keyboard. But sometime I look on key boards to avoid mistakes and faults. I try my best to not to look on keyboard.

I go on the computer so often, that I don't have to type while looking at the keyboard. The only time I ever look at it is if I just made a mistake or something or just started typing. I think it's actually better because you can see your mistakes as you are typing on the computer screen.

yes i can type without lookin at the keyboard.. its only when i am typing the numbers from the top line that i need 2 look at the keyboard.. that too for the ending numbers rather than 1 2 or 3 its usually 8 or 9.. which i still find difficult 2 type without looking down..
all this became possible for me due to typing and chatting with my friends in the night.. with the lights off..
so mostly i had 2 do guesswork and type in the keys earlier.. but now there is no need for that.. as my fingers move on the keyboard automatically.. and in fact if i type by looking at the keyboard it takes me more time than without looking at it..

As we here learned to type at junior school and had to get a typing certificate, I now can type without looking at the keyboard. Didn't you have to learn it at school?

Well, when I type I seldom see my keyboard to avoid mistakes. It would be a little bit faster if you will watch the monitor while typing.
Just your fingers on the keys to start typing.

Actually, it is quite odd. I type at about 50 words per minute. I dont look at the keyboard for any of that, but here is the odd thing. The top row is something I never have been able to get without looking. I seldom use the numbers and symbols on the top row. Now typing this, the only time I looked down so far was when I typed the numbers 50. Usually I would not use the numbers I normally would spell out fifty rather than having to slow down and break my rhythm. Kind of odd huh?
