It depends what I'm cooking!
The only time I would ever use margerine is as a cheap greaser for cake tins. Otherwise I don't buy it.
I like to use butter for frying eggs, but normally use olive oil for everything else. Somehow, eggs just don't taste right done in oil. I think it's to do with the saltiness of the butter.

i love to use butter..however butter is a bit expensive compare to cooking oil here in the Philippines... so i prefer cooking oil

For cooking I usually use olive oil. I use butter for my baking.I use margarine for every day eating.

hmm, it depends..i use oil in frying chicken, fish or pork, i use butter when i cook it with asparagus and oysters..yummy, makes me hungry now LOL...i use margarine with bread before.. :)

hm...it really depends on the recipie, but im an ovo-vegetarian so I dont use butter

I Also prefer oil-oliva,of the one creamir flavor to all the type of food, also and not harmful natural the health.
