What is your first question?

What I will be asking is.. "What measures will you be willing to take to get this job?" It's so routinary to ask tell me something about yourself and what are your interests. It's so routinary. The key is to ask questions that the candidate will least expect.

obviously ... i will be something like "Tell me about yourself" .... but if i want to know abt him fully ... i will shock him/her by asking " Tell me about your friends" if he is honest and talent and caring he will have lots to tell ... if not he/she has to bluff ..which can be easily identified .... so there were many question which they wont expect if we need we can use them ..if not there were standard questions ?!!!!!
