There's a couple different signs. First, contrary to popular belief, she will get her "period". Except it won't last as longer as it normally would. It will really just be blotches of blood. Also, her feet will become sensitive and may swell up. That's another sign. Another sign is if she starts to have headaches with no real explanation for them. Because of the change in hormones that happen after pregnancy, headaches when first pregnant become very common. Another thing, as I'm thinking you know, is "Morning sickness". Except it isn't actually a "morning" thing. She could feel sick during any part of the day and it could be a sign that she's pregnant. The last thing I can think of off the top of my head is cravings and her appetite changes. If she used to eat about the entire kitchen and is barely hungry anymore, or visa versa, it could also be a sign. Be aware that these don't *mean* she's pregnant. But if you see a couple of them or more, you probably should go get a home pregnancy test. (Actually, I recommend buying two of them - one from two different brands just to play if safe if you really think she's pregnant.) If either turns out positive, go see the doctor for the final analysis. I hope that helps.

The best way to tell would be to go have a pregnancy test done. Not sure if over the counter tests are available all over the world-but if they are where you live, go pick one up.
