smoking pipes and bongs

I want to know what kind of smoking items are preferred the best by users like pipes/bongs/bubblers/hookahs or anything else you know

They are specially used by ganja and hashish smokers. Pipes are also knows as Chilums. Chilums are mostly used by monks. Bongs are made out of coconut shells, and it is healthy to smoke in bongs as the smoke is filtered through the water before inhaling. Bubblers also work like bongs. Hookas are rarely used, preferably by arabs. The youngsters use Rizla papers to roll their smoke in it. Anything else ?
