I have a website with freewebs, but it is not made ready for launch. I am still developing it.It is about my place, Kerala in India.

1st you need webhosting to put your website file to be able access online. bunch of free webhosting with feature that help you a lot. consider "Content Managemen System" if you want an instant website(it often requires php+sql webhosting to make it work) good luck.
