Does having a babysitter change your child ? !

I personally did not keep a babysitter for my child. I have seen many children do become cranky when they are in the company of their babysitter. Often these babysitters are rude to the children, at times they hit the children if they misbehave.

Sure it's possible that a baby sitter can have a very large effect on a child's personality. It's hard to say in your nephews case if his behavior is because of the babysitter or not. It could be a lot of things. It could be the babysitter. It could be your nephews personality to be high strung or very active. He could just have trouble trasitioning from being with the babysitter to being back with his mom. Maybe he just needs an adustment period. My daughter has always had a need to know ahead of time where we were going and she always needed time to adjust from one situation to another. That could be the case for your nephew too. There are so many things that it could be. I guess your sister just needs to do some investigating and try to figure it out. Good luck.

Has your sister asked her son if the babysitter is treating him okay? With a lot of things that come on the news about babysitters miss treating children there could be something wrong.
