how to get your dog to go potty outside

I got this puppy tried pee pads don't work.How can I get her to go potty outside?

I think the best thing to do is keep her in a cage or better yet a childs play pen. You have to take her out about every hour or so. Keeping them penned helps because they see it as their home and don't like to mess it.

Good luck with that! I have a pomeranian and have had her for about a year and a half and she's still not trained to go outside. She refuses to do it. I tried the pad and bought some stuff that smells like pee to put on it. That didn't work. I just gave up! lol Have fun!
