Hypothetically or for real; and you have just been told by a best friend or family member that your future husband or wife has been "seeing" someone else besides you. Just how would you handle a situation like that?

The sensible thing to do would be to talk to your prospective husband/wife about what you heard and try to figure out if you should go ahead with the wedding.
There would be no point in even considering a wedding if this topic was off the table for discussion.
