Tobi is Uchiha Ibito??

There's been a rumour saying that Tobi of Akatsuki is the late Uchiha Ibito. Ibito was the teamate and the one who gave the sharingan eye to Kakashi. Tobi is from Hidden Village of Grass (place where Ibito died) and his right eye is covered (kakashi's sharingan is on the right). He also have the same unmatured character like Ibito and the same hair style. Could he be the late Ibito? This is imposible because some Akatsuki's member are known for their extrordinary (like living for more than a decade). I'm hoping that in manga 360, Ibito will show of skill and even more to reveal his real face. Only that can strongly support the theory.

I have two theories about who tobi is....
1. I think Tobi COULD be Obito Uchiha because he said that he wanted to get ahold of Madara Uchiha's power.
But the only thing that would make that void would be the fact that one of his eyes was crushed and the other was given to Kakashi. (although he could have been brought back to life, or have his eyes restored by Orochimaru when he was in Akatsuki)
2. I think that the person could be Madara Uchiha himself inside of Obito's body, which could have been brought back to life from Orochimaru.
