Would this freak you out?

Some weeks ago, there was a report in the news where a young boy bred chicken out of an egg that came from a supermarket shelf.I was freaked out completely because generally eggs sold in the supermarket are said to be sterile. Now whenever I break an egg and see blood spots, then I discard it.what would you do?I am a vegetarian so probably I fell it more. What about you?Would you stop buying eggs from supermarkets?

Just out of curiosity, do you eat chicken? Young cornish game hens? Veal? Eating a baby chick wouldn't be much different, other than the idea of it. Of course, you may be a vegetarian, so this question might not apply. Please be assured that I am not bashing you or trying to start an argument. I'm just wondering why it would be worse to eat a chick, than to eat any other kind of meat.

Hermit I don't know if you are talking to me or the discussion starter...but I will answer :) I do not eat baby animals...I will never eat Veil. I eat meat as little as possible, I could def. live without it. And the idea of eating a baby animal would sicken me to the core! :)

i actually i don't afraid to hear this, i think it's natural if we see like this, as long the eggs do not contain any part of chicken body it still save to consume, i think not all eggs that sell at supermarket will always like this..

I have my own chickens and no rooster, so I don't have to worry about this. It would not make me feel good though if I bought eggs from a supermarket and find a chick in it.
