How to change the number of pixels in an image

I have an image that is 90x90 and it has to be less that 80x80. How do you do it? Or even better can someone take my avatar and do it for me?

I use a package called PhotoImpression. It always works fine for me:-)) Good luck with gettng your avatar altered.

That a picture of it or copy and paste it into Microsoft Paint. Crop the image, and then make it smaller. Save the image and then upload it onto Mylot.
