I love green tea and I have heard that is good for you. My question is what is the best way to consume green tea for maximum effects. I have been drinking the diet green tea in the bottle. Should I brew it and drink it hot, should I take the green tea capsule? Which is more effective?

The problem with the drinks in the bottle is they sometimes have added sugar. So you need to watch out for those extra calories. The better option, if you want to drink it, is to brew it. I think that gives you the best and quickest benefits then capsules. Although like the other poster said, an extract would be good too. Especially if it's liquid.

The extract is in a liquid form. You just add it to water and drink it. For those that don't like the taste of green tea, but still want the benefits of it can put the liquid extract into empty pill capsules and take it that way.
