aRe yOu a LeaDer or a FollOweR?

I care for others before I do for me I will leave everything to do with me to care for others first but no it does not make me a Leader it makes me someone that cares

I follow directions at work, etc but I don't feel I am a follower. I was always the voice of reason with my friends. I never followed them into bad situations. I tend to be a leader in that sense, but I prefer to have people walk beside me instead of in front or behind me. If you know what I mean, equal footing.

At one time I was a follower but I learned a bad lesson out of that also.

I'm 80% leader and 20% follower. I am the decision maker, the mother, the one doing all the household chores and working along the side as well. I can't remember when was the last time anyone took care of me. All I can think about is the security I can provide for my little ones. It can be pretty tiring to be the leader at all times. I become a follower when I'm with my friends. They provide me the relaxation I needed to ease out the tension out of my bodily system.

hi..archer..Well i am a leader from my childhood.I always try to dominate others with my care.So i was eleted as a leader from my childhood ,i have managed my duties and studies successfully .I had many followers and fans from my childhood becoz am very good at solving their problems and take care of them very well and this make them very happy.Even now i have followers and good friends and they are accepted me.I am type a person who manages myself and others in a pretty way.

I'm a follower ^^ I was a leader a few times before but I think it's not my good skill. You know, leader is not just who know how to taking care about everyone except himself. He must decide for most important thing. He shouldn't make any mistakes . He must show everyone that he's tough. He musn't cry when he want. He musn't take care of his family , his girlfriend ... before take care of his follower. And the most difficult is he must punish the follower even when he don't want, is he have to tell the follower when they lose. and many many hard thing he has to suffer . but being leader is something greatest in my life . I'm proud of that . but as a follower is really cool ^^. You can take care of everyone too. You don't have to leave your friend alone , you have time to take care of your family . You have your own life . :) It's more comfortable than a leader . All I want to say is : respect to your leader and always stay beside him, he need you and he love you much :d

Initiator. Hidden lider.Sometimes it`s better to stay aside and just to give some ideas. But i am a person who dislikes to be leaded, i just do the things my own way.

Most of the people are some time leader and some time follower! Those who become leaders without following properly, always make them egoistic and try to supress others! Those who are become leader after following properly and have developed themselves are become good leaders and have done good to society and nation and some time to the world also!

In my case I would say Im neighter. Being a loner and confined mostly to myself.. I look only to please my own indulgent desires and seek not, to fulfill any other criterias. So I seek not to lead anyone in any form or to seek the confidence of anyone else eighter.

Hi archer1811! Leadership is about getting things done.I am a leader. I work in a Bank in a leadership position and even when i was in my teens i have had this habit of making followers around me. I like to take charge of situations and get things done. I don't wait for others to respond but take the lead when ever there is a need. Leadership qualities are inbuild in your charecter 60% and the rest can be developed by you. Leaders are those who dare and not afraid of what the consequences would be. He/she should even be ready to take criticisms and failure. All the best!

Hi archer1811!! I can say in my work, Business purpose i am a follower..But i am sure one day i will be a leader..Regarding my friends in your words i am leader who cares and give advices to my valuable friends but i dont think makes me a leader..

I am a leader in work, but I should follow my leader's orders as well. In real life, I am most of the time a decision maker. Andy
