While clicking ads, do you actually them?

I was just wondering. Are you ever tempted to stop and actually read the ads that are making you money? Do you ever sign up with any of them? What compelled you to sign up? Did you make any money from them? Well I broke down and signed up with 2 last night. One I paid for the other was free. I'm not at home right now so I can't give names. One I've partially implemented, the other I'm getting help because I'm having trouble setting up the site. They charge extra to set it up for you. I was willing to pay but they they only accept an online payment that I'm not signed up with and it would take a few days to get it all set up anyway. So tell me, what has been your experience?
