Yeah Debra Gibson did have some great songs. Here in The United States Bon Jovi has gotten pretty big again but they sing country now. So it's sort of strange.I saw Madona not to long ago on t.v. doing a concert. She's still doing alright for over 20 years. She was singing when like in 1982 or 1983. I was about 12 or 13. I can't remember but old enough to start liking music.

There were so many! I loved Michael Jackson's Thriller album. After that, I didn't have much interest in him. I loved Styx, REO Speedwagon, Little River Band, Madonna, Journey. Loved to dance to Prince. Remember Air Supply? I was one of those who collected their albums and even bought the piano sheet music. Anything that was danceable in the 80's, I liked it. I forgot to mention Bon Jovi who is still going strong. Also Billy Joel.

Everyone you have mentioned I love and still listen to regularly. I love Renegade by Styx. I actually saw them in concert about 7 years ago and they were still rockin out. Great concert! And Michael Jackson was the first person I ever saw in concert when I was 5. He was on his Thriller tour at the time. I remember when the monsters came out on the stage I got scared lol.

Wow, someone else who loves the 80s, I play them all the time at home, in the car on my ipod at the gym, I am currently listening to Duran's Duran's Greatest Hits with Rio playing. I love The Eurythmics, Roxy Music, Aha, UB40, Level 42 and the list goes on! Great decade and the best for music, especially pop!

I like tiffany, reo speedwagon, styx, michael jackson, janet jackson... I liked madonna, now I don't. I don't like how madonna behaves now. especially during her concert when she was like crucified in a giant cross. it was too much. a bad act. ^__^

There were lots of bands in the 80's that I liked, my favourites would have to be A-Ha, Def Leppard, Tears for Fears, Duran Duran, and U2.
Its good to see most of the 80's bands coming back again with new stuff.

Madonna was my big favourite in the 1980s. I collected pictures and posters of her and put them all over my bedroom walls. I used to copy her hairstyles and her fashion. I even saw her live in concert in Leeds in 1987 during her Who's That Girl tour and I was stood about 30ft from the stage so it was a great experience and a huge crowd of 30,000 I think.
