Do you think a man should have to pay as much child support if he is a full time college student? Personally, I would think that his obligation to support his child, would not cease just because he chose to go to college. Isn't that a personal choice?
If a guy chooses to go to college, isn't he already getting a free ride with all the government loans and grants? Why should his child suffer? Doesn't the kid need just as much money as before to survive? Does he think it would be better for his underage child to go out and get a job to support themselves?
What do you think about a man who tries to get out of his child support obligations by pleading money problems? Can't he simply go out and get more jobs?

If he is choosing to go to school, which is a great thing don't get me wrong. He should still have a job or some way of paying for his child. Just because he is going to school doesn't mean his kid doesn't need to eat or need clothes, shelter, etc. It is hard raising kids these days and if he can pull his pants down and make a bay he should be ready to take responsibility for his actions. The wonam is responsible to take care of the child too but the man has to help.

Well, the mother should understand the situation. If he finds a job then maybe he can give more enough for the child to use.

I dont care what age or job a man has, if he can't keep it in his pants then he should take full responsibility of his child. The same for a woman, if she dumps the child on another person. If she was responsible enough to make that baby, then she should be responsible enough to help pay for its care.
