if we study since a child as like paint on the stone but if we study after adult as like paint on the ice, are you agree ?

I'm not sure if I follow what you are asking, but if it's that we retain things better from childhood than adulthood, I think it can vary. I think it depends on the person and the subject matter, but I don't think certain things learned as a child last a lifetime, whereas things learned later might be forgotten, but that's in a classical conditioning kind of sense.
