Bite Your Fingernails??

Do you bite your fingernails? Tried stopping? What have you tried that would make you stop. Did you suck your thumb when you were a child? I never sucked my thumb when i was a kid or had a dummy but still bit my fingernails. How did I stop? I used aloe vera.break open the aloe and smear it over your fingernails, it tastes disgusting!!!! Even when you wash your hands you can still taste it. It worked for my friend's little girl who used to suck her thumb also. It might not work for some but nearly everyone I know who has used it says it works!!! tell me your secret
