Do You Believe There is The One and The Only One God in this World?

I wonder what your proof is. My religion is polytheistic, so obviously I don't believe in only one God. I believe there are probably more gods in existence than we can imagine or dream about, actually, not just the gods I worship but many gods who haven't even revealed themselves to humans. I believe this for many reasons: dreams I had as a child, things I was taught by my great-grandmother, the feeling of love and having a personal relationship with my gods... the reasons just go on and on. I don't really mind that other people often don't agree with me, because religion is very personal to me and I don't feel like anyone else has to agree with or validate my beliefs.

no, I don't beleive that. I beleive the force that we see as Deity is the vast creative force of nature. the faces of divinity are ways we can connect with that force. but it's bigger than any one idea of any God, and we can never even hope to get our head around what that amazing force really is. my connection to that force is through a Goddess and a God. the fact is, there is no proof of any Deity over another, or even that any exist at all. we all just have to find our own way, and each of us is equally qualified to make that guess at what it's all about.

May I ask how this is "proven" as you claim? No, I do not believe there is only one god, nor that the one called jehovah is the one in charge. Personally he seems, historically and culturaly, to be the one created from imagination and a desire to push a male-dominated agenda.

Whatever be the names or images that we human being assign to HIM ...there is only supreme manifestation who is up above us all of who guides all over actions , who sees everything and who controls the entire universe.
