well to start he only pays his child support when he is so behind he gets a court order and he only pays $66.01 a month! he will call maybe every month and want him, this time it has almost been 2 months. once before it was 5 months! and my son is only going to be 3 in november. i dont think its right that he dont give him the time his son needs. but on the flip side i dont want to take him to him because he is very mean to me and threatens me and tell me i need to bring him diapers and food and drinks and threatens to put his hands on me. that why i left him. but everything is better when im actually single. i dont get it cause he has a g/f now. the lat time i let him have him when he called for him the day i picked him up which was the next morning he was awful to me telling my son why do you wanna go with that ugly b***h. its awful! he also thinks that since he pays "sometimes pays; child support that he dont have to buy him anything at all even on christmas and his birthday. one time i told him i will bring him to youi but will you actually keep him for two days.....i asked him this because my nephew was born the day i took him to his dads and i wanted to spend time at the hospital with my family easily but sure enought less than 24 hours later he calls and say come and get your son. im like dang you havent seen him in a month you cant stand to keep him more than 24 hours. due to tha fact of how he treats me i said out of anger im not comeing back im not bringing him back. so now he wants to go to court i guess to get our son so what should i do? its like what are you going to do with him you wouldnt even feed him or wake up with him when we was together when he was newborn. the only reason he did what he did cause his g/f wanted him too. they had a baby this month so im hopeing he will just forget about us. sounds bad but i cant go through it anymore it stresses me out badly.
