i saw this bumper sticker that said PUSH (pray until something happens) which reminds me of an even that happened 9 years ago. i was in Lion City Hotel Singapore overnight for a engineering conference. i came across a wallet belonging to a Brunei lady (yes i looked inside) in the hotel hallway. to my horror there was a little over USD15,000.00 worth of US$ and Brunei dollars in the lady's wallet! horror as it puts me in a moral dilemma. i sat in my room and ponder what i should do. i will not try to lie to anyone esp myself that i did not think of keeping the cash .... a few month before that incident, i was doing last minute work on a factory robotics machine that was to ship out of our factory at 0800hrs. at 0500hrs, the whole machine died on me. there wasn't time to try to troubleshoot the miles and miles of code and no one can help me because its was my baby. at 0700hrs i ran out of option, the machine was still dead, i went to the back room and prayed REAL hard. when i walked out of the backroom, one of of our senior director was standing there smiling telling everyone to go home and shut everything down. at the last minute, the project was postponed and will not be back on for another month or so after further negotiation over export import permits and stuffs. NOW, should i keep the 15k or return it and hope God will continue to help me in time of needs? i returned the money to the lady. that was the hardest thing i have ever done.

We can never discount the power of prayers and its the best weapon we have. Its always there, it makes us confident to really submit ourselves to God through our prayers and surrender everything to Him and he will do the rest.
