Dude, dont use cheats.. They are for people who are too lazy to get their skill up and learn to play. I have never cheated because i am skilled enough to get good stats and i do not wanna get VAC banned, that is just loss of money.. So very stupid thing to cheat. Play in servers and learn to play thats my advice.

Where can you still play 1.3? I thought WON network was shut down a long time ago? Hence no more 1.3, 1.4, 1.5.

You are still able to play past versions through steam. I don't recollect how, but it IS possible. You also have to find some servers that are running those versions.

ohhhh dude... play another mod of CS, try something like CS 1.6, Condition-Zero or Source! and stop to like cheats, training hard and you won't need to use this kind of cheats.
