just focus your energy into other things like sports or other recreational stuff. :) it would be hard to forget a girlfriend especially if the wound is still fresh, but that doesn't mean you have to be sad all throughout.

No matter how much you are hurting, it will get better. Just live each day, deal with things as they come up. Keep busy, and try to find another focus. I'm sorry you are hurting. Relationships end, but often something better is just around the corner. The world is a big place, full of many wonderful people. I have no doubt that you will find love again, just be patient, and know that at some point in our lives, we all experience some degree of heartbreak. make sure you talk to people about how you are feeling, don't keep your emotions inside.
