early pregnancies

i know i want to have my own family but not yet now or anytime in the next 5 years. what are your views on teenage pregnancies? should schools, the church and the government address this phenomenon? i've been hearing a lot of my batchmates and even younger ones than i am are already pregnant or has 2 kids already. i know i should just let them be because it's their lives anyway, but i can't help but be bothered by these events.
