Want a debit card that you can link to PayPal

I have been on the hunt for a card to deposit my PayPal earnings on so that I can keep my earnings seperate and not mess with my bank account. I thought I would share it with everyone. You can directly deposit your funds from PayPal to this card. This comes in handy if you are on the wait for the PayPal Debit card and your no where near the waiting period for it. You can immediately start using this card.(Note: this is not OBOPay)

Simple, if you want to be able to use a card and link it to paypal (you can't actually deposit into it, but if you don't have enough money in your paypal account, it takes from the card),
then you buy a...
Visa gift card,
or a visa reloadable card.
Then ta-da, you'll be semi-verified (your limits will go up but your official status will remain "unverified").

Personally, i'd be a little wary about using ones online. But it's not like my opinion really matters so much anyways because I'm not even of legal age to have a credit card. (Or, at least I don't think I am. Don't you have to be eighteen to have your own credit card without your parent's co-sign?) Maybe I'm just nuts. I dunno.
Why does the PayPal Credit Card have such a long waiting period? What exactly is the point of a waiting period? (Don't mind my stupidity, but I know a very little about credit cards, so I'm always asking questions about them.)
Either way, I hope it works well for you.
