I love all cheese too but my fave is sharp chedder cheese :)

I'm fond of cheddar, swiss, and mozzarella, but my all-time favourite is smoked dutch gouda. I'm guilty of eating the equivalent of half a pound at one sitting...I just love cheese, period.
