When can letting go of a person you love be easy?

letting go - Letting go is as painful as saying goodbye to someone whom you love dearly. While you open your hands to release the person, you also open your heart to pain and admission that he will never be yours. You let go of the tears you are trying to hold back then a flashback of your memories together will occupy your thoughts. Sunddenly you realize you cannot live without him and pick up your phone and ring his number... then you will realize it'll never be so put down the phone and cry again.

"If you love a person, learn to set him free, if he comes back then he is yours forever." I was in my high school years when I memorized this love quote - I really believed in this, dreamt that I would let go the guy I love and he will come back. Easier said than done. Letting go has never been easy. Going to sleep at night without him saying goodnite or waking up in the morning without him saying good morning is painful. Actually, we learn to let go because of the pain and the realization that things wouldn't work the same way as before. We may let go of the person but not so soon and it isn't very easy=(

I felt the same way too, and once believed the quote says... It is true that once u let go of him, when he comes back, then u have find ur true love... It wud easier if u try not to always think about it~
