Hey i got married on april 22 and my marriage is doomed and i was wondering if i could get an annulment are does it need to be a divorced

I think you have to go to the courts and fill out the paperwork. If you were married in the church, you may also have to deal with them or they may not consider the marriage annulled and you won't be able to get married in the church again. I hope all this worked out for you.
