what php program are you using? try php based content management software such as joomla and phpnuke.. try to go to this site to download the file and upload it to your site. you also need to have mysql database to be configured in your site before using it though.. :)

thanks but i have tried joomla and i am on phpnuke and i am adding an nav bar to it but i need some one to help me with the coding ?

try searching phpnuke-downloads for a script for your nav bar.. :)
