Selling our house

My partner and I decided to move to a new house a few months ago, so we have been really busy lately fixing up this place ready to sell, we finally put our house up for sale on Tuesday this week and to our suprise last night (friday night) we got on our house and accepted it so we have sold our house in 4 days!!! Isnt that amazing.... has anyone done it any quicker than that? I just hope that it goes smoothly from here!!!!

Wow... that truly is amazing, Cassy. Four days is such a short time in selling your house, and it seems as though it was worth all the hard work getting it ready. It just goes to show that a bit of effort can work wonders. Well done, and good luck in your new home. Brightest Blessings.

That is fast, i'd like to think my place would sell that quickly but unfortunately i don't think it would. I live in a really small community in the middle of nowhere South Australia! We'd like to renovate this place, sell it & build a new one on a bit of land but the other houses around here don't seem to be selling - maybe coz the real estate agents here are asking too much but hopefully we'll be as lucky as you were when it does come time for us to pack up & sell!
