Personally, I couldn't pick a favorite between the two, because the both are excellent for different gaming techniques. For an RPG like Tomb Raider, I'd buy the PS2 game ... simply because I play the game in more comfort, relaxed on my couch ... and not have to turn it off in order to use the computer. Plus the advantage of having a bigger tv screen (usually) makes indepth RPG's more enjoyable.
For the PC, I play simulation and puzzle games. It's hard to get interested in an RPG on the computer, for me, because it takes up a lot of memory usage, and if I get bored of the game, I can't just minimize and go on to something else. I'd have to shut it down, then reload the game when I wanted to play it.
Good choice in games though ... I've always enjoyed the Tomb Raider series. :)
