Do you think you get enough exercise?

Do you really think you get enough exercise? Are you a porcrastinator or do you start an exercise then stop long before you should? Let us know your secrets to sticking with it and following through.

I do exercise every morning using the treadmill, but I still feel I still need to do it some more...I am not overweight, but I can feel that I'm gaining weight, so I had to cut down on rice and less meat...I just want to maintain my weight...it's difficult to be a heavy weight for fear of attracting more diseases...

Hi darberg, welcome to mylot! I don't get enough as I should, I HATE to excercise. I never was into that, I love walking and can walk long distance. I force myself to get on that stationary bike and do it a few times a week but I really hate doing it.

Thank you for the warm welcome, Howard. I love to walk as well and usually walk 3 miles in a half hour. During summer when it gets very hot I have to slow down. I tried the stationary bike and treadmill in winter but, I find I will not exercise as much as I should with them so for me walking is still the best.
