sedated, yes thanks for explaining what sisig was. i think it is only in the philippines. there are a lot of strnage here in our country...lol

yeah but it tastes cool.. i dunno if it's exclusive to philippines but as far as i know, only greenwich has this topping BTW for non-pinoys: sisig is grilled pork parts: liver, face, and the main ingredient pork ears. mixed with onions..lots of onions, mayo, egg, and other spices.. served in sizzling plate.

There is a pizza restaurant near where I live that has the most strange pizza topping in the whole World. Can you imagine, for topping, things like sushi and beef with french fries? There are a lot of pizzas like that there.

the philippine pinakbet pizza topping. . . pinakbet is a type of dish that we love it here with bitter gourd or commonly called ampalaya, okra, eggplant, squash and string beans sauteed with garlic and onions with " bagoong" salted srimps and cooked in coco milk. this makes a healthy and so delicious native type of pizza when loaded with mozarella cheese and drizzle with jalapeno sauce.
